Sending you details about our goods and services. The legal basis for processing your data under points (i) to (iv) is to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. For point (v), it is based on our legitimate interest in improving our products and services and growing our business. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless you provide explicit consent.


2. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

In some cases, we may need to share your personal data with: Service providers offering IT and systems administration support. Professional advisors such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers. HMRC and other regulatory bodies. Third parties involved in the sale, transfer , or merger of our business or assets. Other professionals to discuss your installations or purchases. All third parties who receive your personal data are required to treat it securely and in compliance with the law. They may only process your data under our instructions.

Additionally, we may retain your data during any guarantee period for work or installations to honor those guarantees.
