Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Trueline Home Solutions ("the Company") agrees to supply and install products and/or carry out works

related to roofing, insulation, and general property repairs, as detailed on the attached Customer Order Form.

2. Payment

A 25% deposit is required upon signing the Customer Order Form, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The balance is payable immediately upon completion of the work.

Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer (BACS), Debit/Credit Card, Cash, or Cheque.

3. Customer Obligations

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at all times.

Notify the Company of any known structural or material issues that may affect the works.

Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or consents prior to commencement of work.

4. Company Obligations

Carry out all work with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with industry standards.

Use appropriate, quality materials as per the agreed specification.

Endeavour to complete the work within a reasonable time but is not responsible for delays outside its control

(e.g., weather, supply issues).

5. Warranty

All works and materials are warranted for 25 years depending on product subject to the terms outlined

in the warranty certificate provided after completion.

6. Variations

Any variations or additional works not specified in the original Order Form must be agreed upon in writing and

may incur additional costs.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you

have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

- The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date you sign the Customer Order Form.

- To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by clear written statement (letter, email, or cancellation

form).

- If you request that works begin within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that if you later cancel, you may

be required to pay a surcharge for services provided up to the point of cancellation.

- If full completion occurs within the 14 days and you have requested early start, you lose your right to cancel

once the work is completed.
